We all know starting off the day with a good breakfast is good for us. But doing it at "The Eggery" really starts things off for a great day! Can't do breakfast, lunch at The Eggery is absolutely wonderful.
Everytime I've eaten at The Eggery it always starts with a delightful greeting at the door and friendly wait staff. They have a good size menu for both breakfast and lunch, along with a large beverage selection.
My husband's favorite breakfast is Eggs Benedict, which The Eggery does an outstanding job. Besides the traditional Eggs Benedict, they also serve Bacado Benedict, Florentine Benedict, West Coast Benedict and California Benedict - all very tasty.
It is very difficult for me to choose my favorite at The Eggery. While I'm an eater of tradition, usually eating the same thing, at The Eggery everything I've ever tasted has been excellent. Great egg-scrambles, fluffy omelettes, light crepes and pancakes, along with fresh toast and waffles. They also have a healthy light menu, such as yogurt, granola and cholestral free eggs. And of course, Fritattas and a south of the border menu selection.
Their wonderful lunch menu has many tasty sandwiches, grill selection, burgers and salads. And I do believe their Oriental Chicken Salad is one of the best available in San Diego County.
The Eggery is located in San Diego at 4150 Mission Blvd #121, San Diego, CA 92109 858-274-3122. They are open from 7am to 2pm every day of the week. They also have two locations in Phoenix, AZ. 5109 N. 44th Street and at 50 E. Camelback.
