Special Drawing for Quilt Raffle Volunteers

For all volunteers helping to sell quilt raffle tickets for our three beautiful handmade quilts, your name will be entered into a drawing for special prizes. The more tickets you sell, the more hours you volunteer to help sell at pre-arranged events, the more chances you have to win! Also, those who helped to make these quilts will also be entered. "Some" of the prizes are:

Our Quilt Raffle drawing is scheduled for Sat., April 5th. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Checks can be made payable to "Susan G. Komen For The Cure". We we'll have a booth to sell raffle tickets at this weekend's Power of Pink event, Sat., March lst, from 9am - 1pm. We'll be at Serra High School, 5156 Santo Road, San Diego, CA 92124. This wonderful event is being held by some exceptionally talented and generous seniors at Serra High School. They are coordinating a run/walk, bake sale, entertainment and raffle - all to benefit Susan G. Komen For The Cure. Please tell your friends and come stop by to check it out. Great family fun.

The week of Sat., March lst thru Sat., March 8th is the Annual San Diego Quilt Run. We'll be at various quilt shops, located throughout the county, this week, based on volunteer availability. If you are interested in volunteering or purchasing tickets, click here to email us and we can give you more details on this quilt run.

Volunteers can volunteer to cover 1-2+ hour shifts at pre-arranged places to sell raffle tickets and/or sell tickets to family, friends, co-workers, members of clubs, etc.. We have kits that contain PR flyers & tickets. Volunteers also can live any place, they need not be located in San Diego, CA to sell raffle tickets! Remember checks can be made payable directly to "Susan G. Komen For The Cure" and 100% of our proceeds will go to Komen!
